AFX 4.0 M071 released

AFX 4.0 M071 now ready to download. Most important changes:

• ENH: Remove „File open error.“ Message
• FIX: Copy from template directory does not copy elements that are not renamed to working directory
• FIX: POST REGEN Relations should be written again
• FIX: Preview colors should be reset correctly with custom profiles and components
• ENH: Replace subassembly should remember last used reference subassembly
• ENH: UDF Groups will now be put on layer 00_PROFIL_DATUM and receive feature param BUW_LAYER_INFO
